Tailblazers is an annual plan, paid in monthly installments, making pet care needs more accessible year-round.
• Membership Term: 12 months
• Payment Structure: Monthly payments across the year
• Pricing: Dogs are $39/month – $468 Annually
Cats are $34/month – $408 Annually

Because Tailblazers is an annualized plan and supports year-round pet care, it cannot be cancelled mid-term except under the following circumstances:
• Documented permanent move outside our service area
• The passing of the enrolled pet

Tailblazers automatically renew annually. We’ll notify you ahead of your renewal date so you have plenty of time to review your plan or make updates.

No. Tailblazers is an individual pet membership, ensuring each pet receives the right level of personalized care and monitoring. However, families with multiple pets can enroll each pet and enjoy multi-pet ease.

We strive to provide an accessible appointment schedule that meets the needs of our community because of this as a Tailblazer member you do not get priority bookings.

You can enroll your pet:
• During a visit
• Over the phone

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and attempt again. Benefits may be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.
