11. Tailblazers Membership

We offer an optional subscription-based service known as the Tailblazers Membership, which provides participating clients with benefits such as annual wellness visits, discounts on services, and additional member perks.

Tailblazers Memberships are billed on an annual basis. Payment is required upfront for the full 12-month term at the time of enrollment. Once enrolled, the membership is non-refundable and will remain active for the duration of the annual term.

Cancellation of your membership can only occur at the point of renewal. Members who wish to cancel must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the annual renewal date. Failure to notify us will result in automatic renewal and billing for the following 12-month term.
